Shipping Policy:

Usually the international logistics we choose is DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or USPS, etc., which are more common. Home delivery.

Generally, we will arrange your package within 12 hours, and you will receive the tracking information within 24 hours.

We have a lot of products in our warehouse in the United States. Generally speaking, customers in the United States will sign for delivery 3-5 days after placing the order. Customers from other countries and regions generally need 7-10 days to sign for delivery. 


Tax Policy:

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world. However, since each country’s tax policy is different, we cannot control it. Some countries are tax-free to a certain extent, such as the United States, Australia, Singapore, etc. For other countries, you may need to pay a small amount of import tax when your product reaches the customs department. The logistics company will contact you for the specific tax amount. We will discuss with the logistics company and try to reduce your tax amount during customs declaration. This is what we can do for our customers.


Refund Policy:

You need to send back the product you purchased by yourself. If there is no problem with the product itself, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by sending the product back. Before sending it back, you need to contact us and send us some pictures of the complete product.

After our product department receives your return, if the product is found to be damaged, after investigation, if it is not the responsibility of the shipping company, then we will deduct part of your cost.
