We have a lot of products in our warehouse in the United States. Generally speaking, customers in the United States will sign for delivery 3-5 days after placing the order. Customers from other countries and regions generally need 7-10 days to sign for delivery. 


Tax Policy:

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world. However, since each country’s tax policy is different, we cannot control it. Some countries are tax-free to a certain extent, such as the United States, Australia, Singapore, etc. For other countries, you may need to pay a small amount of import tax when your product reaches the customs department. The logistics company will contact you for the specific tax amount. 


Refund Policy:

You need to send back the product you purchased by yourself. If it is not the product itself that causes you to want to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by sending the product back. After you contact us, we will send you the specific return address.
